Who we are
Proventory operates the website at proventory.io and the Proventory Operations, Commerce and Procurement software described on it. For anything related to this notice, contact sales@proventory.io.
What we collect
- Demo and contact requests. When you submit the form on our contact page we receive the details you enter: your name, work email address, company, country or region, the solution you are interested in and any message you write.
- Technical logs. Our web server records standard request information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, we set no cookies, and we do not load scripts or fonts from third-party services. Please do not send us confidential business information through the contact form.
Why we use it
We use contact-request details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration and follow up on that conversation. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you ask us to, taking steps towards a contract. Technical logs are used to keep the site secure and working.
Who receives it
Contact requests are delivered to our sales mailbox by an email service provider acting on our behalf. The website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Hostinger. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-request emails for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards so that we can pick it up again if you come back to us. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then rotated.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to our use of it, or to complain to a data-protection authority. Email sales@proventory.io and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
